Protesters seized quite a bit, and these ‘leaders’ failed to capitalize on that. I’d suggest they read Lenin. Say what will you about the man, but he was a professional revolutionary, and he knew that when it comes to revolution, it’s all or nothing. That’s the nature of revolutions.

Do you think the protesters have much chance at success? It seems unlikely to me. The West seems to have limited interest and the Russians seem pretty serious and will turn it into a proxy war if they have to. Nato, EU and US don’t have the stones for it, they didn’t even counter Putin’s economic bid for the Ukraine a few months ago.
