Oh god yes. Last year, the Interactive and Film parts of SXSW meant loud party buses with loud drunks and booming techno music circling Downtown Austin at 10am. It’s basically Spring Break for Silicon Valley nerds and hipsters.

Hilariously, by the time the Music part started after the nerds had gone home, things got a lot calmer and quieter overall. I guess it’s because all the musicians were in bed until the afternoon and they didn’t get going until after dark. Heh.
