What about Young Spock?

As for me, I like the Young McCoy. The actor captures the personality of the Dee Kelley McCoy perfectly. He was a curmudgeon even as a younger man. Haha!

I liked Karl Urban so much in “Almost Human”, and Zachary Quinto in “American Horror Story”… plus Zachary Quinto as himself in some Funny or Die spots and a car commercial he did with Nimoy, I had trouble suspending my disbelief to see them as these characters.

(I have this problem with a lot of actors in genre shows. It took me an entire season of Hawaii Five-0 before I stopped seeing Jin and Boomer, two whole seasons of Babylon 5 before Chekhov turned into Bester and Bobby turned into Zach).
