Arab-looking man angry that unarmed teenager was shot down in the street by policeman who then disappeared from public view for months.

That clearly isn’t all there is to him. The article makes quite clear he openly threatened police officers and then said he was praying for their deaths. That by itself is enough to think Masri a rotter.
