And in reference to last thread’s bit about how the optics of attacking the mods, the only people that’s going to impress are the party base who are already conditioned to believe the media is a liberal propaganda apparatus dedicated to the destruction of all things good and American. To the rest of us, going after the people asking the questions comes off as dickish as well as evasive.

That snippet of the autopsy report about how the GOP has lost its ability to communicate outside of the base comes to mind.

And again, the moderates seem okay with going along with this. Because it’s good politics or somesuch.
