Regarding the consequences of the election with regards to redistricting (lawhawk as a page up talking about it):

Republicans and the Tea Party made a big deal of being against “politics as usual” or “back-room deals” or “Washington doing what’s best for Washington” (a line from Boehner’s speech, choked out between tears).

Of course, all of us here know that all that talk is just bullshit. I just wonder how quickly and blatantly they will be prove they’re the same as every previous politician when it comes to gerrymandering, and whether Democrats can effectively publicize it. And if anyone will care.
