Did anyone ever figure out who the big white dude that was following around the police in that McKinney video was?

I figured he was a local resident and probably the person that called the cops and also had the largest stick up his ass. So, he had to make sure the cops got all the perps and wanted to make sure they did it right.

I bet he can do a mean belly flop in that pool! /
