Oh yeah, i had one other rich teacher, the giant-brained wife of some high-powered dude (I think he was a lawyer? can’t remember) who had two advanced degrees, super-intellectual, worked us like dogs, and taught jr. high because she loved it. Also one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, and really held me to a high standard. Got a couple Ds in her civics classes, got pissed, talked to her, she put me in my place, I got a couple As, and it felt SO GOOD
