Water is still on (pressurized) all the way up to the solenoid inside the ice maker. The solenoid only opens when the ice bin gets low and more ice is called for.

Oh. I took out the ice maker. There’s the tube for the water and it’s open but no water is coming out. However, the electrical plug has three prongs so I’m assuming when I unplug that it shuts off the valve down at the bottom of the frig.
