Hi wahabi! I’m sure you’re right. I just don’t see how that can be done, without further exacerbating the overall Medicare problem. How many times, from both parties, have we heard the old mantra “we can fix this by addressing waste, fraud, and abuse”, when the reality is that the area that must be fixed is spending?
