Actually and after thought, the hospital needs to send the judge a request to specify dosage, medium (IV, infusion, pill, paste?), and how long the patient should be receiving it.

If the judge tells them to apply their medical judgement, the reply is, “that would be zero.”

On the other hand, the judge could have the quack give him those dosages and delivery methods.

And the built-in-excuse is already there: If the patient dies, it was because the hospital delayed too long by fighting it in court.
