I understand; so many places say “manufactured in a plant where nuts are processed” just to avoid liability.

I have a gluten intolerance. Checked for celiac and allergy, and have neither. But feel 100% better off the wheat.

Did you check for an allergy to tannen? It could be the tanic acid. How are you with cola? tea? coffee? tree bark tannen (remedy for foxglove poisening?)
