Look closely at the head shape and dorsal fin. I’m fairly certain they’re Mahi Mahi.

Mahi mahi, dorado…it’s all the same to me. Unless you like ordering Chilean sea bass in restaurants, in which case you’re actually eating Patagonian Tooth Fish and not the more attractive white sea bass…
