Apparently the guy is a strong believer in memory holes. 40 minutes after you called him out, he didn’t apologise for the post; he deleted it so you have no evidence he was ever that aggressive and delusional.

Whereas I only delete tweets when I do something ridiculous like accidentally post a late tweet from a thread at its head, because it slipped my mind that I was composing 240-characters-at-a-time on the website, then cutting them and pasting them to Notepad so that I could put up the next section of a multitweet thread without folks having to wait around 2 minutes with my TL ending on a tweet that makes no sense on its own. (Why, yes, I did lead a thread with a non-sequitur because it was supposed to be in-sequence from two previous tweets and got posted as a direct reply to another person’s work last night. Why do you ask?)
