i know a lot of it is irrational / emotional
i felt surprisingly ‘contaminated’ after food shopping on wednesday

I had a momentary bad-thoughts cascade last night about if mr. klys caught it and ended up in the hospital on a ventilator and I couldn’t be there. And how I would know that I was how he got it, because I am the one doing all the errands.

Knowing all the facts doesn’t help when the emotional brain gets involved.
