True enough; about the only rich fanatic I can think of was Osama bin Laden.

I’m trying to remember…..I believe Lenin was somewhat middle-class; I know he was a lawyer prior to becoming a revolutionary, and if I recall, Mao was as well (despite his claims that he was of a peasant background).
