Reading the judge’s decision, it sounds quite equitable under the circumstances.

After reading the facts of the case in the judge’s decision, it sounds to me like it should be the father requesting sole custody…and that it would probably be in the children’s best interest for him to get it.

Children should not be around anyone who would make ‘inappropriate comments about girls as young as 4’.
