Did I ever mention the time I was stuck in the DMV, and listened to a conversation between several of my fellow citizens in which they decided that the summary executions of African policemen might be a good idea in this country?

How many African policemen are in the US on an annual basis, and why would they be excuted? I thought we needed more tourism around here.
