Not to be super scary, but:

Add up personhood and this new talking point about “women’s body can self terminate” and suddenly you’re looking at a very scary pseudo-scientific reason to first control pregnant women, then savagely persecute women who’ve had a miscarriage.

If they actually keep up this magical-miscarriage line, that’s the only way to line it up with their prior talking points.

Sitting here wondering if I should just go back to shoving my daughter’s ridiculously rich cookies in my mouth, because this is so stupid there’s almost no point.

However, if stress causes a miscarriage, why do teens still carry to term? Being pregnant and 15 can’t be light on the stress.

Also, the woman I knew who was pregnant as a result of rape was under unbelievable stress from a lot of places already, and it didn’t affect things.
