Are you ging to sue him or are you seriously contemplating it? I ask these questions because if you make a big deal about his libelous claims and then do nothing, it only emboldens him. In my opninon, you need to move on this lawsuit ASAP, otherwise, you will seem like a paper tiger. If you have a strong case (I’ll venture to guess that there are more than a few lawyers prowling around LGF who can advise you), sock it to him.

JP has a point, there comes a time to take action and this is an excellent opportunity. People are watching this and an instant, painful and effective response is imperative. Failure to act after taking the sword of legal retribution half out of the sheath will give immense aid and comfort to your enemies. Do not let that happen.
