Nobody’s there on weekends. I’ll call tomorrow but I’m pretty sure I’ve figured out what’s happening. White House Seizes On Goldman Sachs Report Of Health Premiums Rising. Basically the insurance companies have figured out that if they jack up rates enough they price some consumers out of the market but the extra money from increased premiums from people who are still capable of paying increases their profits.
