Agreed, homeboy. Afghanistan and Somalia were failed states, and Iraq had the triple threat of Sunni, Shia, and the Kurds.

Libya is a Sunni state with tribal conflicts, but it also has several advantages, including an intact oil, electrical, communication, and transportation infrastructure. They start from a higher level of modernity.
