I never got that vibe from W honestly but Romney, yes. Romney and Ann thought the country would be doing itself a huge favor by making Mitt our POTUS and Ann our first lady. Mitt more than any GOP candidate I saw until Trump reeked of “I’m rich, you people beneath me suck.” Mitt may denounce Trump but he’s got a lot more in common with him than he’d ever admit.

Yeah, Dubya had his share of problems but he was personable and charismatic. Mitt, on the other hand, was widely derided for being stiff as a board and acting every bit the blue blood he thought himself.
