As an atheist, I can assure you that I know that prayer is useless, either for good or for evil.

I’ve never been closer to being an atheist than I am now.
But I still pray and meditate. It helps me check my motives, clears the chatter, gets me honest with my self.
Not useless at all, for me……don’t know about you.
