No. No. No. Indoors is better than outdoors. Trees and broken glass and power lines and parts of buildings and all sort of godawful things can fall on you if you’re outside.

But if you’re in a non-code building (which would be all of them on the East Coast, I’m thinking) you are supposed to evacuate.
