I could be disingenuous and offer a BS explanation like “Well, a major complaint was with the additional people having health insurance we’re gonna have a shortage of doctors and nurses. So we needed to make education affordable so that we could have more skilled medical professionals.” OR I could say it has NOTHING to do with health care and its just an act of the Majority Party finally governing like it has a Majority.

I’d just say its just a normal attempt to put a rider onto a bill that you think will pass. Congress does that a lot.
