I am looking for work too. At my age after being a full time Mom for 20 yrs, let’s just say it’s not going well. I have a phone interview this morning with one of those companies that does in-store demos (“would you like to try our granola bars today? And here’s a 50 cent coupon…”), we shall see. At least it would be something while I look for something else I guess. It’s kind of depressing.

I really wish parenting skills counted for service jobs, because they do require some of the same skills. It’s silly the hoops you have to jump through just to get a part time entry level retail job now.
