These people who do this religious BS at public schools are just trying to make a point.

The schools should tell them to contribute, if they wish, to the Marine Corp Toys for Tots program and other organizations if they wish. When I lived in Charlotte, you could also drop off toys at any City fire station.

If people want their churches to do this, they’re perfectly free to do so at their churches, but schools are secular, public, and have kids of many religions (or none) attending, and don’t have to “honor christian principles” per se.

These people will never understand the concept of “separation of church and state”.

Most Americans see “freedom of religion” as “freedom to practice Christianity only, every other heathen can go fuck themselves.”
