This doers tie in with our earlier thread about the bad polling numbers for the GOP. There is a lot of criticize about Obama and his policies. However, conservatives and the GOP have somehow managed to embrace policies worse than Obama’s; Letting the banks fail, Fair Tax, Gold Standard, Nirth Certifikate, Glenn Beck, Ron Paul, Tea Parties and a never ending daily slew of easily debunked conspiracy theories has not helped the GOP. Conservatives are the instruments of their own destruction. More crazy ain’t gonna fix it.

This is the natural ebb and flow of party politics Killgore Trout. I don’t expect any rational response from the (R) at least until mid term elections 2010.

But the foolishness in power now, with the MONSTROUS overspending, will soon provide more than enough ammunition for any opposition.
