The whole bakery analogy is stupid. These mostly apply to stuff like housing which at one point and probably still is acceptable to the Paul wing of the party to deny someone housing based on race and especially to this day sexuality.

Hells bells, back in my early days, landlords could evict you if your boy- or girlfriend stayed over night. It was not done. Except on the sly, of course. ; )
