10th Doctor, 4th Doctor, or 11th Doctor?

10th, although the 11th is starting to grow on me a little.

I want the next doctor to be a redheaded woman. I want her to get incredibly excited about finally being a ginger, and only casualy notice the female part perhaps a couple of episodes in.
