It’s history. Nobody gives a shit. There’s almost no market for an advanced history degree except teaching.

But hell, who needs history. I mean, if we valued history, then maybe we’d realize what the fuck happens to a society when it stops caring about education and instead pretends that people like Beck deserve millions of dollars and their own TV show.
