I’m invited to give a presentation at LU next year. They invited me a year ago, and at first I declined because it was on a Saturday, then they called me back saying they would change the schedule to accommodate me, so I accepted.

I am having regrets and want to cancel, I think I will opt out for health reasons.

If you are having second thoughts because of this odious action, it would be far, far better for everyone if you opted out for honest reasons by letting them know how you feel about this.
