Too rough? No, kind of in fantasy land though IMO. If you think the ICC or anyone for that matter is going to convict a former US president of anything I have a bridge I would like to sell you.

If you think the US government would allow it or if it happened, allow the enforcement of said ruling you are dreaming. Unless a US court gets him for something he did independent of his time in office(NY hopefully) he will never stand trial.
