BOA doesn’t care about what the guy in the mask thinks - who’s saying that?.
They are pissed that a lot of people are listening to what the guy in the mask is saying - or that even if they aren’t agreeing with him , that the debate has been intensified.

As Netflix shows, customers are aware when a company goes too far in trying to get their money, and will react.

I’m dubious of the idea that the guy in the Guy Fawkes mask is communicating effectively to debate about bank scamming. At most, the guy in the Guy Fawkes mask and the guy closing his BofA account over the five bucks are responding to the same thing, (or perhaps are the same person).

People aren’t stupid. They don’t need a bunch of protesters to enlighten them about banking fees.
