Sure, all wingnuts have personality disorders, but I don’t know if we can define it as retardation if half the population has it, even if it’s the slower half of the population.

“retardation” is an archaic term and Yes, I agree it shouldn’t be used in conversation.

Perhaps in scientific journals where it’s meaning is clear. (“x” plant growth was retarded by the toxins introduced … )
