It’s absolutely his fault that his Homeland Security secretary didn’t know about it. It’s absolutely his fault that “we found out about it when you did.” It’s absolutely his fault that he has appointed/hired political payback hacks for key positions, including national security.

No it’s not. As I said above, this was a LOW LEVEL TASK that didn’t show up on everyone’s to do list that morning. Are you seriously saying that the president should know that a fucking picture was being taken of his plane? A task that didn’t involve him one iota, didn’t need his approval and certainly, hopefully, wouldn’t be wasting his time with such a mundane project.

It’s not his fault. It is his job to find out what happened, and to make some recommendations about how these things should be handled in the future.
