It should be part of the job description for the guards at the Tomb, enforcing decorum there. Or, barring that, there should be another guard, one who isn’t precise and silent, whose job it is to yell like a drill seargent when these ingrates to whom nothing is sacred show up and act like they’re at a ballgame, and to forcibly eject those who do not respond to the yelling.

I’m so not kidding.
