Another question about this: who, in their right mind, would require someone inputing such data to enter their Congressional district number? Does anyone even know what there’s is, without cheating? I’d have to look mine up.

Has anyone ever heard of another, widely accepted government mandate called a zip code? This dandy little item has the distinct advantage of being known by pretty much everyone, not to mention that it typically has a nice, regular shape, nothing at all like a salamander.

Everybody knows NY-23.
