I’m wondering why they can’t wash their windows or plant flowers?

Oh, they can’t hire someone to come wash their windows for them or hire someone to do their gardening? Please, bring me my tiniest violin.

Talked to my sister last night and she said it was something about retail restrictions closing off things like “home improvement” stuff or something.

She wasn’t terribly clear on it either.
