I can imagine Michael Mann directing it. He’s great at action sequences, like the shootout scene in Heat.

One of the best, if not the best, shootout scenes in any movie. The only other scene that grabs my attention the same way is the Sicario border crossing scene when they are in the cars. That one gets me every time too!
