That is fishy.

Why was the explosion strong enough to tear off the roof of the “mobile clinic,” yet leave the side of it entirely undamaged?

The vehicle at the bottom of the crater could conceivably, in a rare stroke of randomness, have flown straight up in the air during the explosion and then fallen straight back down. Doesn’t happen very often, but I suppose it was possible.

Also, it’s the caption that’s suspicious — because we know that Israel would not shoot at a target unless there was a legitimate military reason. Which of course is never mentioned.
