To be fair I just listened to it and she says incentivise. The person who wrote the transcript screwed up. That said, the rest of the transcript made no sense whatsoever and was accurate. I miss the word salad thing. I am glad it is back. I hope we see and hear more from her. She seems to be ramping up.
