It’s too bad that Dark Falcon left … I did enjoy discussions with him (though I joined only shortly before he left). He seemed to be reasonable, if very conservative.

It would appear reasonable left the building though. I would hope he came to his senses and returned, but as people continue to post his tweets here, what they say seems that is increasingly unlikely.

If someone is still chatting with him on Twitter, you can pass along that I miss his perspective here. (That perspective does seem different on Twitter than it did on LGF.)

I also miss KT. As much as the opposition lives in their bubble insulated from facts, we can also find ourselves in a similar situation by failing to recognize how widespread certain views are. You cannot combat what you do not see and cannot develop effective rebuttals if you don’t hear the other side.

An acquaintance of mine (one who believes Hillary would have won if only Bernie were her running mate!) said he knew Trump would win because of all the Trump-Pence signs he saw in PA in places that previously were Democratic. We need to listen and find arguments that can persuade others who are not already on our side.
