Wouldn’t the Scooter be hard to control when it is fired? What country used that?

France, believe it or not. They took a bunch of surplus US recoilless rifles, put them on Vespa scooters, and put them into the field as mobile anti-armor vehicles. They saw service in Algeria and Indochina.

They’re not to be fired while in motion, of course.
