Except what people were saying was that there are places where being an abortion/immigrant/black supporting party is so toxic that it’s better to stay out of the way.

Edit: I also saw that the state party didn’t help him much. The DCCC made like 25K robocalls near the end.

We have to watch thinking that we could have won this had we just put in a little more effort. Trump won the area by 27 points, and the Republican last night only won by 7. A 20 point shift across the country would completely restructure Congress. We should be celebrating and Republicans should be shitting bricks.
