I plan on doing one using the rotisserie that I got for the grill. I think a Mesquite BBQ sauce would be good. Served with Angel Hair Pasta and Green Beans. Simple but good.

Heh, I’m getting ready to fire up the grill too. Pork loin madinated in apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper and garlic. Served with quinoa and collard greens.
