It’s a little crazy that the law allows someone to be an acting cabinet secretary for a full 7 months (210 days).

it seems (reasonably) clear to me that many of the ‘behavioral’ laws were not written thinking anyone would abuse them so often, easily and without any pushback/oversight by the future congress
