There is an element of truth in what you say, but I have some quibbles and clarifications.
Genetics don’t kill people. Slaveholders kill people. Many issues come into play, it is not simply a matter of genetics.
Some indigenous North Americans kept slaves, both before the Europeans arrived, and on occasion, there were European slaves.
I have heard of the Mexican border referred to as a ‘Darwinian filter’.
European diseases (that the Native Americans had no immunity to) killed more than half the indigenous population, even before any military action or enslavement went after the remainder.
