Yes. Well, Freepers, anyway.

The people obsessing over this (freepers, mostly) tend to think Obama’s penis would prove or disprove whether he is a Muslim. There is some overlap with the nirthers, who believe the State of the Presidential Penis would prove that he wasn’t born in Hawaii.

It’s one of the most insane Obama theories I’ve seen so far and that’s saying a lot. It’s kind of remarkable for just how much crazy it packs.
